IE error

Hey, just a quick question. I work for best buy and
whenever i open IE on a customer computer and try to open
google or yahoo or any page for that matter, a separate
box pops up with an error message that says "Internet
Explorer could not open the search page". IE is fully
updated also. If anyone has any ideas about a solution
please feel free to e-mail me. Any help would be
appreciated. Thanks for your time.
