IE error message everytime I quit

Without exception everytime I quit IE 6.0, I get an error message saying"MS IE has encountered a problem and needs to close. . . . " It then asks if I wish to restart and if I want to send an error message. GRRR! Suggestions anyone? Thank you!
 
Any idea what you do to cause the crash? I have a friends
computer whose IE won't work properly until IE encounters
an error and asks if we wish to restart. I wish I knew
what was going on.
