IE does not connect

Im having problem using my browser even though i can
connect to the ISP provider but once I open the IE browser
it doesn't work, as in nothing there except the message
that try to refresh but when I try still the same thing I
see also some message that my net work has a problem...
Can sombody help me I really appreciate.

I've seen this problem several times this week. So far
I've managed to solve the problem, but I am as yet
uncertain what is causing the problem. You need a
combination of Adware remover, a tool like Hijack This, and
system restore. Once a system restore worked, once hijack
this, once Spybot, other times I've had to use a
combination of them. As yet I have seen no common thing
except the symptom: that people's computers connect to the
ISP but IE always says "Page Cannot be Displayed" or something.

I hope, if I see the problem again, to install Mozilla or
Netscape to see if the problem is IE related.
