IE desktop shortcuts won't work

i had downloaded avant browser and after a day of using it decided i did not
care for it so deleted it . Now my ie shortcuts i have on my desk wont
responed. Every time i click on one i get a print option instead of taking
me to that web page. does anyone have a way to solve this problem

Double-clicking Internet Shortcuts launches the Print dialog rather than opening the webpage:
