IE delaying during loading

IE is loading with about a 15 second delay, but is working normally after
that. Purchased computer Oct. 05, so checked with Dell. Found they charge
for soft ware assistance!! Can help? Or do I just grin and bear it.

What type of anti-malware protection are you using? You should be doing
regular scans in safe mode using a combination of AV and anti-spyware
programs.
