IE Crashes saying mscft.dll error

Hi,
I want to clarify this doubt, My IE browser closes often
saying there is an error in msctf.dll error when i open 3
or more windows of IE.
My OS is WinME

Pls help me solving this problem

Hi,

I tried the solution given on the link which u have given
but i am not able to find the languages Tab, and proceed,
pls tell me an alternative.
