IE crashes every 2-3 minutes

This started about 4 days ago. It doesn't matter whether
I'm browsing, downloading, sending email--you name it and
IE shuts down. A lot of times I get a tryclnt failure. In
fact, it just shutdown while I was typing this message.
(Less than a minute)

I'm using IE6 with all updates. I've ran all the popular
spyware programs and my HJT log is clean. So--- I'm
trying another ISP for 30 days and guess what-- it will
stay on line for hours and hours before it times out. So
it has to be IE. Is there anyway to repair IE without
reloading everything again?

It's from this program. Reinstall or disable.
