IE Crashes downloading PDF files

While trying to download files such as templates or info books from various
websites on IE I get and Error message that IE has encountered a problem and
must close. I lose all my work in some instances or I fail to get the file I
wanted downloaded. This is a recent problem. I have XP Home Editon SP2 and I
run IE 7 (just downloaded it in an attempt to fix the problem) didn't work.

Try uninstalling Acrobat Reader, then reinstall it.

This will clear up any problems that it may be having.

Wow...It worked! Don't know how AR became corrupted, but it definitely was
the problem. Thank you.
