IE connection

I am unable to open my IE window. I am able to access my
internet server (Netzero), use my instant messangers, and
update my virus scans. I deleted and uninstalled my IE
and re-installed it using my Windows 2000 cd. I ran a
Norton 2004 scan, Adaware scan, trojan/bot scan, and a
worm scan with nothing out of the ordinary. Please help
