IE browser, pictures change to porn ads

When I am at any site. Pictures on that site change to
bikini hookups porn ad. they blink at me. I cannot
figure out how to get rid of them. Also, I search bar
opens on top with virgin farm girls next door link in
it. Who knows. How Do I get them out?
