ie has links to porn sites

I noticed that my browser has links to porn sites. I
can't get rid of the display on ie page. How do I get
rid of this?

There is a custom bar just below the address bar that is

left open to put an address. The custom bar says stuf
like : links to pictures, videos, etc. all porno. I
need to get rid of that bar.
