IE 6, ME How do I get rid of a tool bar?

C

Chitao

I recieved some porn spam. I thought I was removing myself
from their mail list, but instead entered the site's home
page. When I did, a popup asked if I wanted to download a
program. (It didn't say what the program did.) I thought I
clicked the 'NO' button, but must have missed because the
program loaded (in just a couple of seconds - before I
could stop it). It put short cuts to porn links on my dest
top, my start up menu, and a 'Porn Links' tool bar on my
browser. I can hide it, but I can't get rid of it. My
children use this computer. I need to get rid of it!
Please help!

Thanks

Hi Chitao,

First option is to run Ad-Aware scan (www.lavasoftusa.com). If the toolbar
entries are not removed still,

ToolbarCop:
