How do you get rid of jksearch.biz/redir.php

I get on my computer the other day and know all I have is
the porn advertisements popping up. This website appears
everytime and I have ran adware and programs like that to
remove it but it appears again. How do you get rid of
it. thanks

They appear to have a fix for this (jksearch) at TomCoyote.org
Download HijackThis from (and read the instructions at)
http://tomcoyote.com/hjt/
Then, in this thread, go down to the first post by shadowwar and follow the
instructions.
