IE and Win2K.Pro.

Friends,
I am using windows 2000 Pro.SP4 and IE 6, I am already having the SP for IE.
Today I am trying to open Internet Explorer but I am facing problem when I
double click on the icon of IE it will try to open but it will not, and very
quickly it will be closed, without any result.
Would you help me please?

Sounds like there might be either a hosed profile or the machine has some bad bugs installed.

To check the profile, go to another user and see if IE works. Or create a new user and try. If IE is ok, then you'll need to get someone to give you a CD with the utils to clean the machine of bugs. First stop would be AD-Aware SE.

Other here might have some other suggestions.
