Sounds like IE7 is blocking the content, is there a yellow notification bar
at the top of the page when opening?

A good place to start, would be Internet Options-->Security Tab-->and
lowering the "Security Level for this zone" option, however, you may need to
do research so that you fully understand the risks. IE7 is attempting to
protect you from what it is designed to believe is unsafe content. If this
doesnt work, let me know and I will point you in a different direction.

Hope this helps.

Try the following:

Internet Options-->Advanced Tab-->Multimedia-->ensure all boxes are checked.

Hope this helps

Just for testing, add them to your trusted sites in internet options and
lower your security level all the way to "low" the bare minimum.
