IE 7 question

Under IE 7 and I guess IE 6, there is an option to stop
pop-ups.

The questions that I have are:

1. How do I stop "pop-under" ads?

and

2. How do I stop ads that appear first before the pages are loaded

1. Pop-up, pop-under, same thing, same treatment.

2. I don't see a pop-up at that address.
