IE 7 Problem with LAN Settings(Automatic configuration)

For some reason the two Automatic Configuration settings are being set ON,
affecting connections to local addresses on the proxy server.(For example,
the connection to MS CRM from the Outlook Client)

Any changes (ie. Turning the two checkboxes OFF) do not stick, and after a
while these settings are being reset back ON.

I did not have this issue with IE 6, the problem coinsided with the upgrade
to IE 7.
