IE 7 can't save any file in Vista

Please, help me solve issue under Windows Vista Business 32 bit - Then
downloaded file reach 100%, IE 7 delete it automaticaly, can't save. Maybe
SP2 Beta v.113 cause of? (Restored default setting of IE 7, nothing changed.
Installed as well EI 8 Beta 2, same result.) Also tried this suggestion:
Go to Tools > Options > click the "Security" tab. Check to see that the box
next to "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could
potentially be a virus" is Unchecked.

Next, try disabling UAC on your machine: if that does the trick, you've got
file permission problems somewhere in the directories where IE is trying to
copy those files from temp to a final destination.

Run the SFC (system file checker) command against filemgmt.dll in
C:\Windows\System32.

As well same result, please help, I dont want to reinstall Windows Vista.

Thank for support! Sorry that I'm using XP forum, because I can't 'sing in'
Vista community forum.

Look for the Internet Explorer forum.

This (and the Vista ones) is a newsgroup, not a forum. You are using
the awful web interface to read this newsgroup. It's the slowest,
clunkiest, most error-prone method there is. Do yourself a favor and
switch to a newsreader, such as Outlook Express, which comes with
Windows, or Windows Mail, which comes with Vista. See
http://www.michaelstevenstech.com/outlookexpressnewreader.htm

If you do that, you'll easily be able to get the Vista forums, and
address the people who are more likely to be able to help you than
those here.
