IE 6 window resizing

We have a user who has a problem with IE6 resizing a
window when she opens any window. It happens when she
opens a new instance of IE or if she opens a new window
from an exsisting instance of IE. the window is so small
that you have to resize it even to see the menu bar...very
strange. any help would be appreciated.

Have her open IE once, make the window the size she wants, and then close
it. When she re-opens it, it should remember the last setting. Does that
work?

No. I forgot to mention that i had tried that before. Any
other ideas? thanks
