IE 6 - Tools> Internet Options> Home Page

I cannot set my IE> Tools> Internet Options to "Use
Default" "Use Blank" or "Use Current" as all are greyed
out. I am running XP Home with IE6 as my browser. It is
currently set to about:blank. Any suggestions?
