IE 6, SP! only allows to open one window

Can someone help me.
I can´t understand, why installing some Window update now
I can open only one window in the IE ? I already reseted
all configuration and I´m not using pop-up-killers, so
what´s the problem ?

tools, internet options, advanced tab, uncheck "reuse windows for shortcuts"
or whatever it says there, I don't have it in front of me. click apply, ok
out.
