IE 6 (relylypoans) how do I remove?

When I'm in IE 6 and go to View and then select Toolbars
I have the follow word that does not belong there
relylypoans it adds another toolbar to my IE 6 with
different button choices. I would like to remove it
permanently, can anyone tell be how to remove it? It just
started showing up on Sunday 11/09/03. Not sure how I got
it. When you uncheck it in the pull down View Toolbar
menu it still comes back, when you open and close IE 6.
I've tried running Ad-Ware 6.0 and SpyBot to remove it
and they don't. I also have Norton AnitVirus Auto
Protection.

Thank you for your suggestions and help.

Michael,

You can go into the registry and manually delete the
toolbar.

Go to the MSDN Library, and navigate to the following
topic:

MSDN Home
MSDN Library
User Interface Design and Development
Windows Shell
Shell Programmer's Guide
Advanced Shell Techniques
Creating Custom Explorer Bars, Tool Bands, and
Desk Bands

The basic info about which registry keys to modify is in
there, man.
