IE 6 Problem Fixed, Thanks to "anonymous" not Frank

Maybe I missed it Frank but did you suggest the following "first" before directing everyone to go through all the spyware programs

From Control Panel> Internet Options> Advanced
uncheck "Enable third party browser extensions." That
should allow IE to open

Sure is a lot less trouble if spyware is not the problem.

Best check for the presence of BHO spyware/hijackware, Jay. Some of 'em
will re-enable that option so you might find yourself back in the same boat.
