IE 6 hangs randomly after McAfee install

I see a lot of "IE hangs" posts, but none seem to fit my situation. OR maybe
I am just confused. I am running XP and IE 6. I recently installed McAfee
Antivirus, Firewall, and security. I was running PCcillan with no problems.
However, I now receive McAfee free through my internet provider and thought
I'd give it a try. Everything seems to work well except IE hangs randomly.
I tried changing the virus checking from "all files" to "programs and
documents" but that didn't do it. Any suggestions?

Did you disable or uninstall PCcillan?
If both are running that might be your problem.
