IE 6 Freezing

Heres what happeneds when my IE6 freezes.(Stops responding)
Most of the time its when I'm in my HOTMAIL.
I'll read an email and the page freezes.
I click the red X to knock the page off but that don't work.
So I bring up my TaskMgr. click on the Application then end task.
That don't work and my CPU is soaring at 100%.
So then I have to click into Processes running and I see that Dump.exe is
at 50, I click to end it, and when I do IE6 will go away.
But my CPU will still be at 50%, so I have to click Dump.exe again and end
it.
Then my CPU will go back down to normal.
My question is how do I fix this so all I have to do is click End Task?
Better yet how do I keep IE6 from freezing.
All Antispywear, Antivirus protection,Windows update and Firewall is up
todate.
I've scaned, I've cleaned, I've emptied..
I use Windows XP Home SP2
