IE 6 doesn't show updated page. HELP!!

I have designed and updated a site. Whereas it shows
perfectly on Netscape, it doesn't show the latest version
on IE, inspite of clearing the temp folder. What should I
do?

Hold down the Control key while you press F5 or click Refresh.

Hi,
I have tried that already. Even after making changes to
the page, the 'View source' option proves that the changes
are not being reflected in the browser. While everybody I
met can see the perfectly designed page, I am the only
unlucky chap, who can't see something that he designed
