IE 6 does not open for all users in XP

IE 6 opens in my user account, I am the administrator but
does not open for the two other user accounts. I get an
error message.

I have deleted the Internet Folder for each of those users
but that did not remedy the problem.

Any thoughts.
 
Just as a thought, try deleting the other two user
accounts, then recreate them and try running IE again.
