IE 6 and PDF Files

When I click on a *.pdf file (link) from IE, the browser
just opens a blank page. This used to work fine but
doesn't anymore. I checked file associations and Acrobat
is selected for *.pdf files. What can I do to open pdf
files within the browser again? Would appreciate any
response sent to my email address. (e-mail address removed)

If you're using Adobe Reader 6. Update to 6.1

I just checked: The Adobe Reader website does not show
version 6.1 as a downloadable file. Where can I get it?
