IE 6.0 switched to Russian

If I choose Online Support, my IE 6.0 changed to Russian
enveronment. What is it ?
Norton Amtivirus detected Backdoor.Sdbot virus on my
computer. I deleted infected file STDE9.exe. Can it cause
this problem or other problems ? Where can I find new
STDE9.exe to replace infected file ?

I don't think you want to have another version of this "stde9.exe"
file. It's part of a virus called: "BAT_ZCREW.A" and you'll find more
infor about this at the TrendMicro website:

While you're there I'd also do an online scan:

Then I would also get a nice free tool to remove any spyware from your
computer. Install and run the program: "Ad-aware", which you can
download from this website:

Update the 'reference' file first before you run the program.

Also, check at the Windows Update site if there are any (critical)
updates for your version of Windows:
