I used to click in the right bar to scroll down one page.
No matter where I clicked, it always went down only one
screen.

All of the sudden, it now clicks down many screens,
depending on "where" in the right bar I click. This is
totally annoying. Soes anyone know what changed i, and how
I can change it back?

new update tonight seems to fix this problem.
don't tell anyone.

Where do you find the new update? I'm having this problem
as well.
Thank You

in ie6 tools to windows update and do the update.
---------------------------
logoff and logon before updating.
close all applications (like aol & games) before updating.
leave xp firewall on. messenger off.
disable antivirus software...reboot will re-enable.
do not perform update during thunderstorm.
open one IE6 window (get out of home page)
download/install the update(s)
do update(s) one-at-a-time in event of connection failure
reboot after updating....probably automatic anyway.
optional:
recheck windows update for updates
----------------------------------------

Thanks, I'll try

Don't know if you're running XP or what, but for Win2k,
