IE Scroll Bar

When I used to click in the space below the scroll bar, my
screen used to move in a block to exactly the spot where
the previous screen stopped. I have not made any changes
to my settings, but recently when I perform the same
action, the screen moves too far down and I have to use
the arrow to scroll back up to the point where the
previous screen left off. I can't find any option to
adjust how many lines the scroll bar function moves. Any
advice?

The jerky scroll is caused by the latest update, 824145 security fix, if you
have installed it.
Still waiting for a revised fix from MS.

Drag the scroll bar or click under the Down arrow for more control.

You can remove the fix, add/remove programs but will lose the security
aspect.
