IE 6.0 problems

Hello,
have a computer using windows XP and IE 6.0 that will not
open any web pages.
all i get is a system32\shdoclc.dll/dnserror
Any help to fix this is appreciated.

your issue can be numerous reasons, like no internet connection. check
device manager for exclaimation marks by the network adapters. check cat 5
cable connections or phone line connection.
