I think I know the answer and solution - Q318378

But, thought I would post anyway.

Any and all comments appreciated.

I have a problem with IE 6.0 - it will not access any page.

I have cleaned all cache and deleted all files (off line) and still can not
access a page.

I have used the Office product (2000 professional) with a detect and
repair - no luck.

I have re-install the Windows XP home (repair mode) - no luck.

I have tried to re-install a full version of IE 6.0 and it tells me that my
version is newer than the attempted install - so I stopped.

Where can I get a down load full version of the latest greatest IE 6.0x?

Thanks

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.
