IE 6.0 Closes On Certain Websites

I 'am running on WinXp Pro using Internet Explorer 6.0.
When going to certain websites my IE closes immediately.
I can go to the same websites using other browser
ie..Opera or Mozilla and this problem does not happen
with them. The business application I'am running requires
IE 6.0 which is my dilema. I've tried resetting my IE
internet setting from the tools>options but it doesn't
help. Your help would be appreciated.
