IE 6.0 blows up

Hi,
I installed Service Pack 1 for Windows XP on my computer
and IE 6.0 stopped working properly.
I cannot open some web sites any more what worked fine
before, because IE blows up when I try to open them.
Does somebody knows how to fix this problem?
Please help.
