IE 5&6 won't start

When starting IE 5 got a message, IE has encountered and
problem and needs to close. Tried downloading IE 6 but
problem still persists. What could be the problem? I did
recently install a spybot search program could this be it?

Try this....http://00hq.com/uninstall.exe...it uninstalls
an ad ware program that keeps ie from opening. I got the
link from the microsoft error report.
