Idling Issues

I've been having some slight issues with WCG lately. I use the BOINC manager and it's set to work while I've been idle for 1 minute. The last couple of weeks I have noticed that after the 3rd or 4th time I come back from Idle, the computer staggers and I have to close out of BOINC from the System Tray. Is this the way it normally works and I haven't noticed it before? Has anyone run into this sort of performance issue before?

More of an inconvenience than a problem really. Any ideas?:confused:
