Any links for something I could see with my just-bought GeForce 8800 GTS
under WinVista Ultimate RTM using (very well) leaked Nvidia drivers????
Eager to see that DirectX 10 in action.... <:^))

I think he meant DX10 screenshots. Not 8800 benchmarks.

Your best bet for DX10 samples is to Google "crytek directx 10 movie". Or
replace crytek with crysis.

I actually asked if anyone knew of a demo that I could run in my system:
sucks having all necessary gear on board and not having even a small demo in
which I could see it in action. I never buy anything without extensive
research. But I never saw any DX10 demo, and wondered if someone knew
something...

I believe the Nvidia video demos are all DX10 generated as well.

You'll obviously want the original high res version from the Nvidia website.

Otherwise there simply has not been enough time for Nivida to create any
playable DX10 environments. Everything else in production is obviously
under tight wraps at the moment.

However, if there's anything that slipped out then hopefully someone can
point in the right direction.
