ICY BOX SATA Mobile Rack: IB-128SK / 138SK whats the difference??

Hi

Just wondered if anyone can tell me what the difference is between the Icy
Box IB-128SK and the IB-138SK?

The info Ive seen on any reseller web sites gives the same generic spec for
both models.

Does Icy Box have their own web site?

Thanks for any info

This German site has some nice specs:
IB-128SK
http://www.raidsonic.de/en/pages/products/mobile-racks.php?we_objectID=2577

IB-138SK
http://www.raidsonic.de/en/pages/products/mobile-racks.php?we_objectID=4452

And some comprehensive PDF datasheets (In English).

IB-128SK
http://www.raidsonic.de/de/data/dat...df?PHPSESSID=40f845598151b2943d5693bc7ad2d6ca

IB-138SK
http://www.raidsonic.de/de/data/data_pdf/icybox/datasheet_ib-138_e.pdf

It seems they're almost identical, but the 138 is all aluminium while
the 128 is mixed aluminium / plastic.

Hi Bealoid

Thanks a lot for the info and the links.

Good to have direct access to their website now.

I prefer the all ally models and from one dealer Ive seen there's little
price difference between the 128 /138.

Cheers!

PS had a look at your photos - looks like youve been to some great places
with some equally great people!
