Difference Between Kingwin KF-813-T SATA Mobile Rack Tray and KF-813 SATA Mobile Rack Tray

I found both these Kingwin mobile rack trays for sale, the KF-813-T
SATA Mobile Rack Tray was twice the price ($30 vs. $15) as the KF-813
SATA Mobile Rack Tray. I think one has more fans than the other but I
was wondering how they compare and if the KF-813 is worth it. If
anyone has had experience with either please reply.
