I get a message stating that I am restricted from using
the internet connection wizard (inetwiz). It appears that
my service provider has disabled it. Is there a way to
fix this.

call your service supplier and give them hell.. don't
trust isp's that much who "modify" your computer in such ways.
what else do they do to your system? make sure it's running
to their spec's everytime you log on .
