Hi All,

ICS is driving me up the wall. I am trying to share Internet connection with
a laptop.

I have a laptop & desktop, both running XP. I have run the Internet
Connection Sharing Wizard on both machines - one as connecting directly to
the Internet, the other connecting thru the other machine.

I have connected both machines, but I cannot get the laptop to connect to
the Internet!!!! I have spent hours playing around, re-running the wizards.
I have connected the machines with a patch cable, crossover cable & Firewire
cable. No joy. I have been through troubleshooters several times. Nuthin'.

HELP!!!

Any suggestions?

Because you didn't turn off the Internet Connection Firewall (ICF) on both
machines.
