I have ICS set up on my two computer network. The client
computer seems to continually dial a connection, even
when it is logged off. I checked Internet Options in IE -
Connections - and it says never dial a connection. Any
ideas?

Do you have any software that does 'automatic updates'? Programs such as
Windows updates, firewall a/v sig file updates, spyware/adware will dial
out if needed.
