ICS won't disconnect

ICS is set to disconnect after 20 minutes if idle. It never disconnects
Browsers and all applications off, updates set to never check. Is thi
just life with ICS? My internet performance seems to be terrible wit
it as well. Pages hanging and such

Hi

To connect is a property of the modem/interface. I use an USB modem and one
of the properties is NOT to disconnect when there is no traffic.

Can you use internet when working on the ICS computer?
