ICS upload fast download slow

On my host computer running ICS I show great I-net speeds. However,
on my client computer it is only showing that same upload speed and a
real slow download speed. Any ideas as to what could be causing this?
 
Hi Josh,

ICS uses a software NAT editor. If your PC is working hard - then client
will be slow. What happens if you use a router?
