ICS Internet Connection Sharing

I'm trying to establish an ICS, I have two laptop's with the following
specs:

1st. Laptop (Use as Gateway)
=========
OS : WindowsXP Home SP1
Network : 2 NIC (1-build in Network Card, 1-PCMCIA Network Card)
Workgroup : MSHOME

2nd. Laptop (Use as Client)
===================
OS : Windows ME
Network : 1 NIC (1-PCMCIA Network Card)
Workgroup : MSHOME

I've been trying to configure it with WinXP's "Network Setup Wizard" but at
the end of the configurations it sends the following message:

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------------
Cannot Complete the Network Setup Wizard

An error occurred during configuration of the network on this computer.
You can configure your network manually, or you can run the wizard again
with different settings.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------------

Your help is much appreciated,

Thanks in advance!

For reasons that I don't understand, the Wizard sometimes fails. The
solution is to make the settings manually, as it suggests.

To share the Internet connection on the 1st laptop:

1. Open the Network Connections folder.
2. Right click the LAN connection that connects to the Internet.
3. Click Properties.
4. Click Advanced.
5. Put a check mark in the "Allow other network users ..." box.

The default network settings on the 2nd laptop should be right for an
ICS client.
