[Hankman]

When you add some sites to your favorites menu they come
with their own personal icon.Why do those icons change
themselves to the explorer one.Is it a setting or is it
an xp pro issue or maybe a java thing.Some help greatly
appreciated.

Favicons are only temporary until cleared from your cache.
To make them permanent:
