Icons misin

All my icons are gone and my mouse icon is gone and this
message keeps poping up New Hardware Found Serching for
hardware components and i haven't installed any thing

what icons, control panel icons, desktop icons or start menu icons?

What hardware is it detecting? Have you been able to boot into last known
good? Safe mode?
