Icons in start menu

I have seen in some screen shots of start menu, where an icon is displayed infront of the user name. How do you set this icon?

Thanks for your reply. But the problem is I don't find the option where u can set the icon. I will be happy if you can be more elobrate.

follow this path.......
--control panel
--user accounts
--change an account
--select account
--change my picture
chose a picture or browse for custom picture.
exit out with ok's

you can use almost any picture but if too big it will
not show much detail. i use picture of beany bear from
www.ty.com. if you move the picture it will not be shown
in the start menu.

Start | Control Panel | User Accounts

Is this referencing the size of the icons in the start
menu. If so, Right Click on the taskbar. Choose properties.
Choose "start menu" tab. Choose customize. Also the top of
the second tab "start menu" has an option for "Icon Size" of
the menu. Other than this, you'll need to experiment with
icon size on the display control panel itself, which is in
Control Panel > appearance & Themes.
