Icons in Microsof Office 2003 have changed into the old-school ico

My icons in Office 2003 have suddenly, for no apparent reason, changed from
the ones that looked great to the really old ones (which don't look so
great). How can I fix this please? Thanks!

PS Detailed suggestions would be appreciated!
